The author holds MSc-Acc & Fin from London Met-UK, BAF-PSAFI from MU-TZ and ACPA-PP-NBAA. He won a university award of academic excellence – (Best master’s award with distinction) from London Met UK. He is a registered Tax Consultant with TRA. He has worked as Tutorial Assistant at Mineral Resources Institute (MRI), Asst. Research Officer with SNV&DMPP and Director of Finance and Administration with COWISA. He is approved IPSASs trainer and an expert in public sector accounting, the founder and course designer for Public Sector Accounting and Finance, launched at TIA Sept. 2013. Currently he is a Lecturer & Consultant at TIA, Audit Manager at SIBE Financial Services and Co-Consultant with Kikoti Financial Consult. He is Editorial Board Member for Global Scholars Journal of Accounting and Taxation (GSJAT), resource person at NBAA and a Board Member for Registered Trustees of PRA Church Tanzania. He has authored several books, book chapters and peer reviewed articles published by NBAA and other international publishers accredited worldwide.
